Hi! I’m Kayla, the owner and groomer at The Groomery.
What started as a love for animals quickly turned into something bigger—something I knew I was meant to do. I began my journey in the pet industry in 2016, and since then, grooming has become more than just a job. It’s my craft, my passion, and my way of helping dogs (and their people) feel their best.
I specialize in one-on-one grooming where each dog gets my full attention in a calm, cage-free space. Over the years, I’ve taken that dedication even further by competing in grooming competitions, mentoring other groomers, and continuously expanding my skills through advanced certifications. I’m a Professional Groomer Pet CPR & First Aid certified, a Certified Canine Esthetician, and hold professional credentials through WPA and now an AKC Professional Groomer – Coat Type Specialist (AKC-CT).
Whether I’m creating a beautifully styled haircut or walking a new pet parent through coat care, my goal is always the same: to make grooming a positive, personalized experience that supports your dog’s comfort and well-being.
