2. We will Reach out to you
After submitting the intake form, you will be contacted within 48-72 hours with instructions on how to submit an appointment request.
3. Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment request is reviewed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment details and any additional instructions needed before the service date.

We require proof of up-to-date rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordetella (kennel cough).
